Shriram Sarvotham began learning Yoga at the age of ten; he has been sharing the joy of Yoga in the role of a Yoga Teacher since the year 1991. He teaches Yoga workshops that offer a holistic experience with a beautiful blend of postures, breath-work, meditation, and wisdom from classic Yoga texts. Shriram has been studying the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras for several years and has a deep and insightful understanding of these foundational Yoga texts. His students are led to discover the core principles of Yoga contained in the classic Yoga texts which in turn profoundly elevates the quality of their Yoga practice.

Shriram has presented lectures and workshops at prestigious Conferences such as the Yoga Alliance Leadership ConferenceTexas Yoga Conference and Texas Medical Association CME. He has also conducted several yoga workshops across the USA and has delivered numerous lecture-demonstrations at educational institutions and corporate offices. Shriram holds the highest accreditation with the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500).

Shriram Sarvotham holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, Houston, TX. He works in the Tech Industry in Silicon Valley California.
